A mediterranean cuisine, to be tasted on our terrace, under the plane trees and in the light of the candles; or in the dining room with its patinas and its sunny walls.
Provencal accent is obvious, with a choice of dishes coloured by the sun : provencal herbs, olive oil from Les Baux valley, Alpilles' goat cheese, fishes from the Mediterranean sea, lamb, vegetables and fruits from the region...all the best of Provence in your plate.
